This release includes the following improvements, and updates.

Improvements and Bug Fixes

Delete an Approval Rule

• TM Admins can delete existing approval rules that are not linked to any active routing workflow.

• Previously, rules could only be edited or updated.

• If a rule currently in use is deleted, the system will automatically assign the affected trips to the Admin by default, until the user creates a new rule.

Cancel an Approved Trip

• Users can now cancel individual approved trip occurrences.

• Cancel option is available for single trip instances except for trips in draft or declined state.

Flexible Driver & Vehicle Removal

• Users can not remove drivers and vehicles from a Needs Approval trip without triggering any mandatory field validation errors.

Disabled Submit Button

• The system keeps the Submit button disabled, until the mandatory fields like email or contact number are entered in the correct format.
